• All purchases, unless customized and personalized or special shipping time, provided ships within 24 hours.
• Engraved, customized, or personalized items may take 2–3 business days to process if in stock.
  
• Billing and shipping addresses must match. Exceptions: PayPal and Affirm orders.
• International buyers must pay duty and tax upon arrival in their country (typically 18–22%).
• All international buyers must use PayPal to checkout. We cannot accept other payment methods.
• During checkout, enter your address and select a shipping option. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return items that are not personalized for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from
shipping from our warehouse (14 days from delivery for pre-owned items. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials, original sales receipt, must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
