We ship many items within 1 business day. Engraved, customized and personalized items may take 2-3 business days to process, if they are in stock. Please read product pages carefully for detailed shipping times. Items made to order or ordered from the manufacturer may take longer.

Eli Adams Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not have matching billing and shipping addresses and may require signatures for deliveries.

International buyers are responsible for duty and tax upon arrival to their country (often 18–22%). Please contact your local tax office for more information.

Items that are not personalized may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of shipment (14 days for pre-owned items). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items must be in new condition with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

Personalized/engraved items are not eligible for return.

How to return

• Place the original package into a shipping carton.
• Include the invoice and reason for return (specify defect if applicable).
• Do not place stickers or labels on the manufacturer’s package.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your final payment is completed, your item will be released for pickup or shipping.

Eli Adams Jewelers are authorized retailers for many brands. Authorized items come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Pre-owned items include a limited warranty from Eli Adams Jewelers.

Warranty Coverage: Internal movement issues not related to accidental damage. It does not cover bands, cases, crystals, crowns, or non-movement components.
