Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our goal is to provide a clear, consistent, and efficient returns experience. The information below outlines eligibility, required condition, and the steps to initiate a return or exchange.
Summary
Eligible items (not personalized) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipping (or 14 days of delivery for pre-owned). Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds.
Not Eligible
Personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Key Conditions
All items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging, accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, and any serial-numbered security tags intact. Any signs of wear or removal of parts may result in refusal or restocking fees.
Return Guidelines
▶ Incorrect or Wrong Item Received
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label. Once the incorrect item is received back at our facility in its original condition, we will promptly ship the correct item.
▶ Damaged or Discrepant Items
If your purchase arrives with damage or doesn’t match your order, contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can make the necessary corrections.
▶ How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Place the original package into a secure shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return (if defective, please specify the defect).
- Do not place stickers or labels directly on the manufacturer’s box.
- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item.
