Store Pickup
114 Essex St, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662
- Orders can be picked up Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm, and Saturday from 10am – 5pm.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Flat Rate Shipping
- Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) using FedEx or USPS.
- Engraved, customized, or personalized items may take 2–3 business days to process if in stock.
- Billing and shipping addresses must match. Exceptions: PayPal and Affirm orders.
- International buyers must pay duty and tax upon arrival in their country (typically 18–22%).
- All international buyers must use PayPal to checkout. We cannot accept other payment methods.
- During checkout, enter your address and select a shipping option. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please verify your carrier’s policy before selecting this option.

Order Status
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
If you do not receive your order within 3 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at order-update@eliadam.com with your name and order number.

Please review the product page for detailed shipping times. Items made-to-order or sourced from the manufacturer may require additional time.
Eli Adams Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. We reserve the right to cancel any order without matching billing and shipping addresses.
We may require signature confirmation for shipments. Lost-package claims require a police report if signed for by household members.
Insurance claims can take 15–30 days depending on the carrier. Money-back guarantees have been suspended by carriers due to COVID-19 until further notice.
