Shipping, Returns & Warranty Information
We ship many items within 1 business day. Engraved, customized and personalized items may take 2-3 business days to process, if they are in stock. Please read product page carefully for detailed shipping times for most items. Items made to order or ordered from manufacturer could take more time than usual. Please email us for order related questions. Eli Adams Jewelers is not responsible for delay in transport caused by carrier. We reserve the right to request signature for all shipments. Shipments signed and delivery by house hold members, that are claimed lost, must be accompanied by a Police Report in order to file an insurance claim. Insurance claims can take 15-30 days depending on the carrier. Money back guarantee has been suspended by all carriers due to Covid-19 until further notice.
All International buyers must pay duty and tax when item arrives to their country. Many countries charge between %18-%22 as duty and tax. We recommend all international buyers to contact their local tax office to get more information.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return items that are not personalized for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (14 days from delivery for pre-owned items). Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Please see our note below regarding Special Orders. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials, original sales receipt, must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.
ITEMS THAT ARE PERSONALIZED , ENGRAVED ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Eli Adams Jewelers within 3 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.
How to return or exchange an item
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Select items sold on eliadam.com may be considered a "Special Order". These items are engraved or personalized. If this is the case, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange on these items.
